The model and package
Bosch lists a 2.5-amp random-orbit sander with variable speed from 7,500 to 12,000 OPM. The ROS20VSC package includes a sanding disc, dust canister, VAC002 adapter and carrying bag. The specified supply is 120V AC, which matters when comparing regional listings.
Picture the job
For a small finishing project, start by identifying the surface and the preparation required by the finish instructions. Then check how you will secure the piece and connect dust collection. A supplied adapter is useful only if it matches the actual hose arrangement. Keep the dimensions and model numbers together rather than judging compatibility from a photograph.
The ownership decision
The included bag and adapter make the package distinct from a bare-body price, but they do not settle the whole ownership cost.
