A compact folding table to compare for small assembly and staging tasks when a dedicated vise is not required.

Consider it for a temporary surface that must fit a small storage location between projects.

Worx lists a 24-by-24-inch tabletop at a 32-inch working height, with detachable folding legs, clamp dogs and link locks. It is a different format from the Pegasus and does not include that model’s bar-clamp setup. Regional pages contain differing weight figures, which we do not use for ranking.

For sorting hardware or assembling a small item, a compact surface may be enough. Sketch the actual piece and the space needed to work around it. If the project extends well beyond the top, consider the appropriate additional support or a different workspace. A table that is easy to store still has to suit the work placed on it.

The decision is about the task and storage arrangement, not collecting another matching support product. Check how the top and legs pack, whether the carrying route is manageable and which accessories are supplied in your region. If connecting it to another support, follow the manufacturer’s compatibility and setup instructions; a shared working height alone does not guarantee a suitable arrangement.

Confirm the regional package, folded size and current manual. Check weight directly if carrying it is a deciding factor.

Do not treat the Sidekick as a substitute for the Pegasus bar-clamp arrangement or a dedicated vise.
