Homebuilder sentiment plunges in July as buyers pull back

I think this would be a good time to take a serious look at housing policies. Single family homes/McMansions is not viable. This is especially true in urban areas where higher density housing (both apartments and condos) of the midrise/low high-rises variety is needed. Also, we need to find alternatives to using lumber as a base structural material.

Yes, I know the NIMBY’s will not like me for this.
