Good source of development projects in Vancouver/Montreal? : urbanplanning

I’ve been using https://urbantoronto.ca/map/ to find large development projects in and around Toronto, but, am wondering if there is something similar for Vancouver and Montreal? Can be a totally different provider of course, just need a source of projects…
